You’ll take full ownership of the building and its performance — ensuring it operates seamlessly, safely, and to the highest standard at all times. This is a proactive role focused on prevention, not reaction.
What You’ll Do

Lead all maintenance across the property, front and back of house

Deliver a robust preventative maintenance programme

Ensure full compliance with statutory and health & safety requirements

Manage contractors and control budgets with discipline

Support pre-opening and maintain exceptional standards from day one
